They don't have alliance with China and Russia. They both interest with getting close towards Iran if US is controlled by globalists.
If US is controlled by globalists they situation is:
EU + US + many globalists controlled states in Rest of World vs Russia + China. If would be in Russia and China interest to find any potential ally.
Horewer, if US isn't controlled by globalists, then alliance is EU vs China + Russia + US. Even Macron has publically admitted this is reality.
By the way, current Iranian regime was sheltered in EU before Islamic revolution, so it's highly likely they are actually EU proxies. So Trump is actually bombing EU proxy and trying to replace them with his proxies.
And don't forget, Russia to has large Muslim population. Currently there two Jihad ideology exporting state: Iran and Saudi Arabia. And maybe some smaller Gulf states.
Removing regime with fundamentalist Islamic ideology and replacing then with "moderates" would in long run help with internal Russian stability due to smaller fundamentalists influence.
