I've taken this before, and looked more into it with friends of mine. Apparently the results are often a result of how you were treated/bonded as a baby and toddler. My results were "secure," which I guess no one expected, including me lol, because that doesn't seem to align with my childhood experiences. My friends, on the other hand, were "avoidant" and "anxious," and they believe their childhood experiences aligned with their results, and having known them both for long periods of time, I do think their results match their personalities very well. Just something I found interesting.
