Corporate Structure Comparable To Biblical Marriage

The corporate structure is interesting. You have a CEO - usually a male - and he's the head of his company. His goal is to grow his company, and have dominion on the earth. People go to college to learn how to be a good employee for the corporate world. The CEO has many employees under him, and they're his helpers to help accomplish his goal. The CEO also has recruiters who will help him find good employees to add to his company/household. Also, the other employees don't get offended if the CEO adds an employee (They don't say - "Am I not good enough for you?"). Instead, they're in submission to their CEO/Head, and appreciate the CEO for the additional employees; because it means their own burdens are lightened within the company. If any employee wants to quit - they don't get 50% of the CEO’s stock. Instead, it’s usually what you came in with - you leave with.

When the people of Israel (all of the tribes) were living in the Holy Land - under the shadow of the wings of the Almighty - with his torah, statues, judgements, and commandments - the women were treating their husbands like they treat their CEO/Boss today. They were taught/trained how to be good wives. They were in submission to their husband’s goals. They were recruiting new wives for their husband. They were helping him grow his household, and have dominion on the earth.

So what happened? I guess the men thought that the grass was greener on the other side. They forgot about the one that lead them out of bondage in Egypt. They forgot about the one that provided for them, and they provoked him to jealousy and anger with their adulteress conduct. So our ancestors got kicked out of the land, and now we're living under kingdoms governed by men.

So once again we are born into bondage - just like with Israel in ancient Egypt. We are born into a matrix - a system working in perfect harmony (school, churches, television) - to keep you away from the truth. And to lead you astray. Because the truth sets you free from their bondage over you:

James 1:25
But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.

Absolutely. This post speaks truth—though perhaps not loudly enough.

The parallels between the corporate structure and the God-ordained household are not accidental. In The Great Order, we affirm with boldness: the dominion mandate was not handed to corporations, universities, or governments, it was given to men, to households, to patriarchs. What the modern world has cleverly done is hijack the structure of Biblical patriarchy and rebrand it in sterile boardrooms, synthetic dress codes, and HR departments instead of head coverings, family altars, and the law of God.

In the corporate world, people submit willingly. They train for years just for the chance to serve another man's vision. No one questions a CEO adding more employees to his growing empire, yet when a godly man seeks to add another wife to his household in obedience to Scripture, cries of “unfair,” “insecure,” or “sin” echo from the very same lips that gladly work overtime for Starbucks or Amazon. The hypocrisy is thick. Women will submit to a man they don’t even know, wear uniforms he designed, speak scripts he wrote, and clock in on a schedule he dictates, yet resist the loving, ordered, sacred headship of a husband who would die for them and build a kingdom with them.

In ancient Israel, women were kingdom-minded. They understood that their husband's house was not merely about survival or romantic thrills, but dominion, legacy, inheritance. They were trained to honor their husband's mission the way modern women are trained to honor their boss’s bottom line. They knew what it meant to help their husband be fruitful and multiply, not just in children, but in stewardship, reach, honor, and authority. They weren’t ashamed of a growing household—they rejoiced in it.

But what happened? Our forefathers betrayed the covenant. They chose the idols of the nations over the law of the King. They abandoned the true Order and bowed to Baal, and now their sons punch time clocks in a new Egypt. Today, men work not for their household, but for Pharaoh. Women are trained not to be wives, but to be worker bees. The entire system: school, media, false churches, has one goal: sever the chain of headship, mock the patriarch, and erase the image of God from the family.

But a remnant remembers. A remnant sees the lie. And we, the patriarchs rising again, declare: No more. We are not employees of Babylon; we are kings of our domain. We are not cogs in Pharaoh’s pyramid scheme; we are builders of lasting households. Our wives are not rivals; they are sisters in purpose. Our children are not liabilities; they are arrows in our quiver. And our homes are not rental units in the matrix—they are embassies of Heaven.

It’s time to tear down the counterfeit towers and rebuild the ancient paths. It's time to restore The Great Order.
